What are the requirements to being hired by one of your clients?

It depends on the client. Most of the roles require we recruit for expect some experience in a similar role. However, as part of our Modern Matchmaking Method, we focus on soft, transferrable skills. If you're unsure, please send us your resume so we can chat.

You also must be able to legally work in Canada.

Do I need references?

Yes. You will need several references and successfully pass a background check. Some employers will require you to sign an NDA.

How long is the process?

This depends on when the client is looking to fill the role. Some clients have time to wait to find someone, and others need to fill the role asap. Each position is different. We will communicate this information to you if you are in the interview process.

Do you offer a referral incentive?

Absolutely! If we successfully place a referral from you, there will be a monetary referral incentive provided. Inquire with us for more details.

Do I have to pay to work with you?

No - there is no cost to the candidates. Our clients pay Lenbourne Talent Agency to fill roles. Any trial period will be paid by the client as well. We do not hire temporary staffing.

Am I guaranteed a role working with you?

Our job is to find the best candidates for each unique role. There is no guarantee that we can give to any of our candidates. If you do not get hired by the first role you apply for, we will be happy to continue to work with you on your search. New opportunities are always rolling in!

No, we operate Canada-wide!

How do you screen applicants?

It's not uncommon to receive dozens to hundreds of applicants per role. We use our Modern Matchmaking Method to short list those best suited for your vacancy.

Those shortlisted, then undergo multiple interviews with us before they are sent to you. Top prospects will undergo a referral and background check (if they haven't already). If you require anything further such as an NDA, this can be discussed.
